Granite Bay has a population of approximately 20,000 people. This residential community is highly desirable for many reasons. Its Placer County location is the north side of Folsom Lake and situated between Folsom and Roseville and is in close proximity to Lake Tahoe, the Napa Valley and San Francisco. 

Weather in Granite Bay is similar to Sacramento. Summers are hot and dry, while winters are cool and rainy.
